At least 13 civilians were killed in an airstrike carried out by the military in townships of Sagaing Region, Myanmar.

According to local sources, at least 13 civilians were killed when Myanmar’s military launched an airstrike in townships of the Sagaing Region.

The attack targeted areas where anti-junta resistance groups were reportedly active. Eyewitnesses reported widespread destruction, with homes and civilian infrastructure being severely damaged.

The incident has further escalated tensions in the region, prompting renewed condemnation from international human rights organizations. The junta has not released an official statement regarding the attack. However, resistance groups have vowed to continue their fight against military rule.

စစ်ကောင်စီတပ်ဟာ စစ်ဘေးဒုက္ခသည်စခန်းတွေကို ပါ Y 12 လေယာဉ်နဲ့ ဗုံးကြဲချခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပြီး အဲဒီ လေကြောင်းတိုက်ခိုက်မှုကြောင့် အရပ်သား နှစ်ဆယ်ထက်မနည်းလည်း ဒဏ်ရာရခဲ့တယ်လို့ ဒေသခံတွေနဲ့ အကူအညီပေးနေတဲ့ အဖွဲ့တွေက ပြောပါတယ်။

မုံရွာမြို့နယ် ညောင်ဖြူပင်ရွာက ဒေသခံ သုံးဦး၊ သစ်ဆိမ့်ရွာက ငါးဦး၊ ဘုဘရွာက နှစ်ဦးနဲ့ ချောင်းဦးမြို့နယ် ကုလားကြီးရွာရှိ စစ်ရှောင်စခန်းက စစ်ဘေးရှောင် သုံးဦး တို့ သေဆုံးခဲ့ရတယ်လို့ သိရပါတယ်။
“ စစ်ဘေးရှောင်စခန်းရှိတဲ့ ရွာတွေရော ပတ်ကြဲသွားတာ၊ ကလေးတွေ အပါအဝင် ၁၃ ဦးအထိ ရှိလာတယ်၊ ထပ်တိုးလာနိုင်ခြေရှိတယ်။ အခုလောလောဆယ်ရထားတဲ့ စာရင်းပေါ့ဗျာ။ ဒီနေ့ နေ့လည်မှာလည်း ချောင်းဦးကို လေကြောင်း ထပ်လာသေးတယ်။ ” လို့ မုံရွာဒေသခံတစ်ဦးက ပြောပါတယ်။

ဒဏ်ရာရတဲ့သူတွေထဲမှာ ခြေလက်ဖြတ်တောက်ရမယ့် သူတွေလည်း ပါ၀င်တယ်လို့ ဆိုပါတယ်။
